Terese was such a great resource as a first-time Mom. She joined me pretty quickly after I had my baby and realized I needed some help during the day when my husband went back to work. We did an infant care class also which was super helpful in getting some basic knowledge for things my husband and I weren't comfortable doing on our own yet (have you ever tried to bathe a baby for the first time?! It's terrifying! )
Terese was great with my son and in the beginning, when I just needed some time to myself to sleep or shower or brush my teeth, I felt totally comfortable letting Terese handle everything. If I ever had any questions or thoughts that Terese wasn't sure about she would research the topic later and circle back with me.
Terese also helped connect me with other doulas and night doulas when her next contract started and I was still looking for additional help. Having a network of doulas was an invaluable asset as a first-time Mom!
