Liz was with us with both of our children; the first was a c-section, and the second, an amazing VBAC! Our son was induced and went into a c-section and Liz was invaluable in helping us process, cope, and move through the process with integrity. With my daughter, she was a necessary pillar in my birth team who advocated for my needs, offered recommendations for therapies, but most importantly, was a steady hand of strength when I needed it most. We got to 10 cm naturally!!!! She then helped me make an informed decision about an epidural and helped me push for 4 additional hours. We had a wonderful, safe and happy VBAC that I still can't believe happened! Not only was she an amazing support for me, but my husband was so grateful for her support throughout as well!
