I initially reached out to Kelly because I planned for an unmedicated birth and I wanted an advocate and support during the birthing process. While my birth ended up being medicated, I can honestly say my labor experience was extremely positive only due to Kelly. Not only did she help me find a birth team/hospital that worked for the birthing experience I wanted, but once labor started, I don’t know what I would’ve done without her guiding me through my pain.
Birth was a crazy experience but I remember a lot of laughing and feeling completely relaxed through the active part of labor, which was my main desire when bringing my daughter into this world! If I ever decide I am crazy enough to go through this process again, Kelly will be on my team again, whether I do home labor, unmedicated, medicated or c-section. Thank you again Kelly!
