Marcia was a true joy to work alongside during my pregnancy, birth, and post pardom. My husband and I had gone back and forth if we were wanting to invest in a doula and I'm so glad we did!
Marcia provided research and evidence based information on any question I had during pregnancy, during birth, and post pardom.
During labor, Marcia never left my side, never let me feel like I was inadequate, and reminded me what my body was capible of doing. She provided a strong voice when I was unable to advocate for myself. She supported my husband and I as we welcomed our first baby into the world.
When the first few days after birth didn't go according to plan, she helped me advocate for myself and our baby.
After coming home, Marcia checked in weekly via phone call and text as well as traveled to our house to check in. She provided a safe space to ask questions, feel real emotions, and take on the next step in parenting.
We will absolutely be using Macia for all our future births and are so graceful we chose to invest in our birth!
