Heather always remained calm and peaceful and informed myself or my husband of options throughout the day. She always made sure I was taken care of with essential oils, offering juice, proposing food, suggesting tools to use in the alternative birthing suite at Rush Copley. I felt so confident knowing as a first time mom, Heather was able to guide us through each step, she stayed with us for the whole day, over 10 hours of labor, an unmedicated birth, and made sure I had food post delivery!
