We chose Justine and her team for our first pregnancy and delivery, and 3 years later were relieved that they were available again to support us through the arrival of our 2nd baby and beyond. Justine and Ale took the pressure off preparing to expand our family by giving the personalized care that we needed, including gentle reminders to slow down and help with strategizing the care plan for our toddler when I went into labor. They were crucial supports in helping me to navigate my options for delivery when our family contracted COVID when I was 39 weeks pregnant. When the time came for delivery, Justine’s skill and intuition helped to ensure that I made it to the hospital after a very fast progression through labor – whew! And there’s no one else that I would have wanted at my side to coax me through one of the most intense moments of my life as a mom. Following delivery, Ale and her team of postpartum doulas helped us to get much needed rest to sustain our transition as a family of four in the early weeks. This group of doulas is top notch in their evidence-based care, empathy, and flexibility – all qualities that make them worth the investment.
