Even though my labor and delivery were long and challenging, she made the experience so much better for me and my husband. She made the hospital environment more relaxing and offered words of encouragement and humor, suggested positions of comfort and Spinning Babies strategies to help our daughter turn. She communicated kindly, openly, and confidently with us and the rest of our birth team. It felt like I was truly cared for while she was there.
