It was extremely comforting to know what to expect when the day grew nearer and have our options laid out for us. She was available for questions that arose as we neared our due date, and when baby came early, she was right there supporting us through the delivery and even making me laugh. Her postpartum visits were also helpful as she helped with the latch and answered more of my anxious baby questions.
