We hired Lizzy for our first pregnancy and this was no doubt the best decision we could have made for our birth! She is very reliable, kind, easy to get along with, and clearly has so much experience in what she does. She began working with us early on in the process and provided exceptional resources, guidance, and education during our pre-delivery meetings. She covered information that was not taught in our hospital birth class and answered all of questions leading up to the big day. We felt confident, as much as a new parent can, about our birthing plans because she would be by our side. When she was on call for us, she was literally available 24/7, and responded very quickly. We ended up needing an induction, and Lizzy was able to walk us though the process, guiding us with our changing plan. She was genuinely a joy to have in the room with us during our long induction process. When it came time for delivery, she showed up in the middle of the night and provided so much comfort with positioning, pain-control, and massage therapy (Not to be forgotten, the emotional comfort!). She has the touch of an experienced mom, knowing exactly what you need and when. My husband was so grateful to have Lizzy there, especially as she coched him how to best support a laboring mama. It was so special to have her there and she greatly contributed to having the beautiful birth I always wanted. I cannot recommend Lizzy enough!!
