Katie was able to help direct medical staff on our behalf and showed my partner what to do to support me. You go through all the birth classes but that learning flies right out of your head the moment you're in it. Katie also helped clue us in to what the next steps would be and what our options were in advance. I can't imagine giving birth without someone with that kind of experience and assurance there.
