Jamie was our saving grace when we were at our wit's end with a colicky baby! She was flexible with start timing which allowed us to play around and find the best possible coverage plan for our baby's needs. She treated our baby like she was her own and in the process was reassuring to us as new parents while also supporting us in our learning process.
