Leticia is someone you want in your corner when you come home from the hospital with a newborn. We had a 5.5 lb child, are first-time parents, and needed help in the first few days home from the hospital and beyond. Leticia showed up for us in so many ways in those early days. We were able to get some much-needed rest during the first few weeks. Beyond that, Leticia provided extensive support as a Newborn Care Specialist. She provided advice and help with pumping and breastfeeding, identified potential issues early on, and suggested solutions.
Her approach was always collaborative and wanting to work in partnership with us as a family. She was warm, friendly, and approachable - while she always suggested best practices based on her extensive experience, it never felt heavy-handed. We would absolutely love to work with Leticia again for future babies, and recommend her highly.
