I cannot express how much I appreciated and was thankful to have Stephanie as my doula. This was my first baby and for someone with severe generalized anxiety, she made sure I had all my questions answered from the beginning and made me feel like the most important person in her life. When it was time for labour she was there as soon as I needed her and all her tips and tricks to help soothe contractions were amazing. In the delivery room she was my rock, and I could not have done it without her. She helped me breathe and focus on delivering a happy and healthy baby. If/when I have another baby she will be my first call, possibly even before my husband ;)
