Kate literally saved me the week my first baby was born. I had zero idea what I was doing and was overwhelmed with hormones and exhaustion. She was calm and kind on the phone and made time in her schedule to come help us out at home. She helped me with breastfeeding, bathing the baby, meals and countless other things but the best gift she gave me was the confidence to care for my baby and the skills to take care of myself.
