She was a constant source of support, courage and comfort for my 20+ hours of labor and delivery. I was uneasy about a hospital birth, but knowing that I had such an experienced doula by my side, advocating for my wishes, made me feel so much better. It was also very valuable for my husband to have Sarah with us, guiding the way so that he could focus on caring for me.
