If you are wondering if you should hire a doula, I’m here to say that you should do it! My husband and I were going back and forth on whether or not to hire a doula. After everything was said and done we are so incredibly glad we did.
Kelly from Vine&Co doubled as my best friend and also professional doula. She was amazing. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable on all things Pre/Postnatal. She spent multiple hours talking through our wishes and preparing my husband and I for what to expect. She was our advocate at the hospital and respected all of our birth preferences. Kelly also did a home visit to follow up after birth. It was so special to be able to talk about, and reminisce on the birth of our first baby. She cares deeply about labor and delivery being an empowering experience and a special time for BOTH my husband and I. We felt well equipped and well cared for throughout the entire time she worked with us! I cannot recommend Vine&Co enough.
