Kate was incredibly helpful throughout every step of my partner's pregnancy/labor. Her birthing class was very informative and allowed us to get the knowledge and understanding of things like, breastfeeding, birth plans and our ability to push for consent during labor and birth. My partner went into labor at 2 in the morning and Kate was there at the hospital with 10 minutes of us getting there. She stayed with us the ENTIRE 14 hours of labor and a few hours after that to make sure we didn't need anything else. She followed up with us the next day to check in and see again if we needed anything. Our prenatal visit was cut short because of an issue on our side but the part we did have was great! I would also like to say how AWESOME it was to have all of the pictures and the 3 pages of notes she took of everything that happened before, during and after labor. We are so grateful for Kate being our Doula, we would NOT have been able to do it without her!
