It takes a special kind of person to make you feel at ease in the early postpartum days, and Sasha is certainly that kind of person. Sasha began caring for me and my infant son from our first days home from the hospital. In those early days, Sasha was incredibly helpful as my "legs" as I was recovering from a c-section and unable to move around freely. She made sure I was hydrated and nourished, and showed genuine care for my overall wellbeing.
Sasha was also a wonderful caregiver for my infant son during this time. She was untroubled by my sons feeding and sleeping challenges. She has a deep knowledge of infant care which she put into practice with my son, all the while demonstrating a calm and gentle demenour.
Last but not least: Sasha is an amazing cook and baker. If you engage her as your postpartum doula, you may be in for a small (sweet) treat (or two).
Overall I feel quite lucky to have found Sasha, and I would highly recommend her as a postpartum doula.
