Justine and the Midwest Doula team were absolutely fabulous. From the beginning, Justine and the team were very responsive and made us feel well supported in our prenatal journey. I wanted to do an unmedicated birth in the hospital and Justine listened to my hopes for the birth. She helped me to advocate for the experience we were hoping for. My husband and I were impressed with her evidence based knowledge and expertise. Prior to labor and delivery, it was very helpful to learn about the laboring positions and relaxation techniques from Rachel. During the labor and delivery, Justine was sooo helpful. She recommended laboring positions and was very encouraging during the whole process. She had a very calm and confident presence and I felt very comforted with her extensive experience with births. Justine helped maintain my motivation and achieve an unmedicated birth. I honestly think that she was essential in my positive birth story and I cannot imagine doing the birth unmedicated without her there. Thank you so much Justine and the Midwest Doula team!
