I don't even know where to begin. Raya has been such a huge blessing in our lives! My 1st child's birth did not go the way we desired/planned (however we are thankful for a healthy child and safe outcome). We decided to go with a doula for our 2nd child. I am so so so happy that we got in contact with the Durham Doula. She is such a wonderful person with a beautiful spirit. She has such a positive outlook and you just instantly feel comfortable with her. She easily engaged my husband and my son in the planning process. During the labor, she not only made sure that I felt comfortable but she also made sure my husband and my mom were comfortable as well. She even included my mom in the activities/interventions we were doing during the labor. She made me 100% love my labor experience this time around.
