Testimonial for Midwest Doulas- Doulas, Placenta Encapsulation
There are only positive things that I can say about Midwest Doulas. My husband was skeptical about having a doula at first but after our inital meeting with Justine, he was all in. Having a doula not only calmed all nerves during pregnancy and throughout the birth, but Justine led me to change my OB and it was the best change I could have ever made. When it came time for the birth, Ashley was a reassuring and calming presence. She took out all the fear and unknown, leading me (and my husband) throughout the whole process. She made us both feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible. We were incredibly thankful to have her there. I also decided to have my placenta encapsulized which Ale delivered very quickly after the birth to our home. Not having to think or worry about where my placenta was and how I would get the pills was a relief. Everything from start to finish was so well organized. We will definitely use Midwest Doulas for our next baby. They were truly such a wonderful group!
