Hiring Natasha as our doula was the best decision my husband and I have ever made in our lives! For our first pregnancy we knew we wanted to be in a hospital setting in case of any emergency, but we also understood that having a non interventive, natural birth would be difficult in this setting and we wanted to get the best support for our birth experience. From the moment we met Natasha we knew she was the right person to support us. She is highly knowledgeable and most importantly, calming. As a first time mom, I had a lot of questions and concerns and was always comforted knowing she would be there to answer any email, text or phone call right away. Unfortunately we had to be induced and Natasha was able to give us as much information leading up to it and how to prepare mentally and physically. During labor when we finally called her in after 4 miserable days in the hospital, having her show up was a moment of peace and security I will never forget. Her presence gave me the strength to continue through unmedicated contractions by being by my side for hours on a birthing ball, whispering affirmations that I was safe and my baby was safe. She will only give us the credit, but I know in my heart Natasha Trapp is the only reason we were saved from having a c-section. By suggesting a body movement to get our baby to move down the birth canal after being high up for the entire labor, our baby was born vaginally within 30 minutes afterwards. Natasha will forever be our guardian angel and we cannot recommend her services enough. She will always be the highlight of our birth story and always have a special place in our hearts.
