I just gave birth to my first baby. Christian was my doula. As a first time mother I wanted a hands on doula. One that would make me feel empowered, educated and safe. Christian did just that! She was amazing about offering her support and guidance at any time and guiding me through every step. She equipped us with sources and classes throughout the journey ensuring that we had the power of knowledge to make informed decisions from start to finish. This took a lot of the anxiety that comes with being a first time parent and advocating for ourselves and our baby in this medical system. Christian has such a bright spirit that radiates through the phone and fills the room. She offered support and information for both me and my partner.
