Joann came to help with over nights with our fourth baby in the 'fourth trimester' so I could get some longer stretches of sleep in order to be operational in the morning for my older kids.
After the fourth child (or the second!) you realize sleep deprivation is one of the largest stressors on the family as a whole; a parent's mental and physical health can become fragile quickly with poor sleep.
