Jasmine was our postpartum doula during a very traumatic time for us and her presence was very gentle and calming. She cooked nourishing food while wearing the baby, took him for walks in the garden or stayed inside with it while we got some space in the garden. She heavily supported us as we had to go to a hospital bonding center for three weeks and stayed with me when we returned so my husband could return to work and know baby and I were safe. Jasmine worked with our family for a good 6 months as I had postpartum psychosis and horrible trauma induced bonding issues. Jasmine was able to get us a heaven sent second opinion which diagnosed me and got my medications immediate corrected, providing a way out for us from PPP hell. She always knew what to say to help me not feel crazy and to open a window for us to see our of in the darkest moments of our postpartum experiences. She has remained a precious friend and sweet presence in our lives since and we will forever be grateful that she was our postpartum doula.
