Eden was our postpartum doula for our second baby beginning when she was just a week old. I couldn't recommend her more highly! She served as childcare, cook, therapist, house picker-upper, laundry master, breastfeeding support and all around easer of minds. It was so beneficial for my mental and physical health to pass off babe and know that she was in great hands while I could shower, rest and take some much needed me-time. She offered guidance while also pointing us to specialists if needed and was comfortable navigating the mental and emotional load of the family without judgement.
