Coming home with our 36 week baby and having a 21 month old was an overwhelming feeling! My birth doula referred me to new life doulas for a postpartum doula to consider after we got home and it was the best decision we made! Rebecca was super responsive and answered all questions we had thoroughly. She connected us with one of her doulas, Kyrsten, who was incredible. She had such a calming presence and made me feel super comfortable having her take care of our newborn during the night time so we can get some rest. She helped with light meal prep, baby laundry, washing bottles and took care of our new baby girl. She also helped me in the morning when I needed help lifting my toddler out of his crib. She was always available for questions and offered tons of support. She even dropped off a beautiful care basket when we were all sick at home. I highly recommend Rebecca and her team to anyone looking for that extra support postpartum.
