Suzanne is the essence professionalism coupled with personal warmth and respect. Her labor coaching was insightful but also tailored to us and our situation as it evolved throughout the process. She was ready with even the little things we forgot or didn't even know we needed. Her rapport with the hospital staff and the OBs was respectful, but friendly and engaging, as they clearly had often worked with her before. Her pre- and post-natal care and advice have also been immensely helpful, and the outside professionals she put us in touch with for various needs have all been top-notch recommendations. We could honestly not have asked for better, and I would make this choice again in a heartbeat.
