She's knowledgeable, thorough, and so personable, and she's got a smile and a demeanor that are just so pleasant and soothing to be around. I couldn't have asked for a better doula to walk me through my first pregnancy. Katherine's childbirth education and tips were so helpful for me and definitely prepared me to know what to expect when the day came (and even how not to be too anxious if the unexpected happens!). She never made me feel like I was just a client.
