Heather was incredible to work with as our overnight postpartum doula! My wife and I were first-time parents struggling with little sleep, had a family emergency, and we knew we just had to reach out for some help. Heather is extremely warm, knowledgeable, with a calm and loving demeanor, and we just knew we could trust our little one who was only 4 weeks old with her right from the start. She is very supportive, always available to answer questions (whether prior to or during the visit), and offer any knowledge or tips with regards to taking care of our then-newborn! She understood our concerns about being very cautious with covid, flu, RSV and offered up safety information before we even asked, which is greatly appreciated. We found it easy to open up to her, have a chat during some down time about parenting and our struggles. Having raised 3 kids herself, Heather's definitely got a ton of experience up her sleeve!
