Thank God for Andrea Balina! She made the process of preparing for and having our baby the best case scenario. She helped me with mindset and movements during my contractions and helped me prepare for what was coming next. She was our constant. With the nurses changing shifts multiple times during labor, I knew that she was going to make sure the plan stayed on the right path. She helped my husband be engaged in helping by applying counter pressure during contractions and helped explain to both of us how the process was going and the choices we should talk about making together for the next steps that would come. We have two friend groups who are either recently pregnant or planning on getting pregnant and our advice is always to reach out to Andrea. My husband told her at our post-pardom meeting that we would be utilizing her services again when we have our next child!
