I want to start off by saying that from the moment I found out I was pregnant, I knew I wanted Sanyika to be my doula. I had a very stressful pregnancy and was dealing with a lot of major life changes. Sanyika spoke like into me and was so supportive throughout it all. I honestly don't know if I could have gone through everything if it wasn't for her. I was struggling with breastfeeding and post-partum depression after my son was born. She came over and talked with me and worked with me for hours on positions for the baby & helping him get latched. That meant the world to me. With Sanyika the support didn't stop at my sons birth and for that I am grateful. She's a wealth of knowledge and has connected me to so many amazing people.
