In our preparatory sessions, she helped us talk through and document my birth preferences, and taught hands-on comfort measures my partner could use to support me while laboring at home. Becky was super available towards the end of my pregnancy, checking in with us regularly and responding promptly to questions and concerns. When Becky joined us at the hospital, she helped me to stay comfortable and helped me to remember and communicate my preferences to the birth team so that I didn't forget anything important in the moment.
