Saphren is simply amazing! As someone who does not feel very at ease in hospitals, I was very anxious about being able to support my wife during labour, but Saphren's calm aura and vast bag of tools to be used made the whole experience so much more bearable for my wife, and erased all the fears I had on my end.
We did not reeally know what a doula was before, but we now recommend to all of our friends to get one, and Saphren really painted the best portait possible ever for all doulas out there. She helped us having a perfect birth, made us feel good about everything during all stages (pre-labor, early labor and of course during labor!).
Can't recommend Saphren enough, if we had to go through it all again, we would not change a thing.
