I highly recommend Midwest Doulas. As a first time mom, I looked for a doula who would serve as a calming knowledgeable partner in my birth journey, be an accessible resource, and be present throughout my labor and birth. Midwest Doulas were all this and more. I felt instantly calmer knowing I had their expertise available. I learned so much from the doulas and they were always available and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. I cannot put into words how important and amazing it was to have Ale present for my labor and birth. My labor was long and complicated and Ale guided me knowledgably and with such caring and resolve. I don’t know how we would have managed without her. If I have another baby I will absolutely be calling the Midwest Doulas.
