Selecting Sara as my Doula was a decision I'd do over and over again. She was a kind gentle presence throughout labor. She stayed close by and through out Labor and reminded me stage after stage that my body was wonderfuly working the way it should to bring my baby into the world.Shw was by me or within ear shot for every surge , moan , groan and wave. Sara was reassuring mentally and physiclaly supportive when needed. I questioned if hiring a Doula was the right choice only until labor began. Yes , the answer is YES. Get the Doula. Get Sara. You won't regret having her by your side. Not only was she supportive and educational, she served as a great photographer capturing my birth on camera for me. Having photos and videos of my birth was important to me. Even after birth Sara continued to follow up with me also providing lactation education to help with a positive breastfeeding experience. I am so glad I chose Sara to be my Doula.
