Sofia prepared us so well beforehand and helped with essential oils, positioning, etc. in a way that only someone who knows what they're doing could. She was very in tune with our needs as a couple and adjusted her style accordingly. Her availability outside of the birth was amazing as well, helping with text suggestions, essential oil massage, etc.
