Debra has everything one could want in a doula. I wanted someone who could help me handle the pain of a natural childbirth and my partner wanted someone who could keep us feeling relaxed and well-informed. Her acupressure techniques were amazing and allowed me to make it through active labour with no drugs or other interventions and she had a number of other pain relief strategies on stand-by as well that we didn't even need! Her wealth of knowledge and experience kept us up-to-date and confident through every step of the process, from the moment my water broke to breastfeeding and soothing techniques after our son was born.
