--She was very experienced and professional in taking care of our 1 week old newborn.
--I asked a lot of questions, and she was very patient in answering all of them, which really put my mind at ease.
--She was very caring and detailed. She watched over our baby like I would have. She remained alert and watchful even as our baby was just colic and fidgeting around in the crib, and was ready when those fidgeting were 'real' signals that indicated hunger or discomfort (needed diaper change).
--I was worried she was using too much force for my liking when handling our baby and asked her to be more gentle and she responded by doing so--very communicative and accomodating!
