Our 3rd child was born this August, and we had Leslie come help us for 3 nights per week for 4 weeks. Prior to his birth, Leslie reached out to check on us many times, and we all looked forward to seeing her. After our son was born, Leslie worked with our hectic schedule to ensure we were well cared for. She helped with dishes, laundry, meal prep, and even suggested she make some of her delicious protein balls because she knows that having 3 young children is HARD and Mom needs to eat too! Leslie was able to anticipate our family's needs. As a mom of 3, I felt very overwhelmed and overloaded with decision fatigue, and I knew when Leslie came, I wouldn't have to think about anything, she just took iniative and got it all done. When my 4 year old woke up at 5AM multiple morings when Leslie was at our home, she played with him and let him be her 'helper', which made him feel so important and helped Mom get just a bit more sleep. He still asks about Leslie and when she's coming back. I truly could not recommend Leslie enough for any family looking for overnight or daytime care. She is a true gem and any family would be lucky to have her!!!
