Katie was exactly who we're looking for when we set out to find a sibling doula. We wanted someone who was friendly, warm, comfortable with kids and enjoyed being around them, and who was also a mother herself. She had the most important task of watching our two year old daughter while we at the hospital having our son. Katie went above and beyond for us. She was even able to extend her hours to watch our daughter another day when my birth took a different turn and required an unexpected cesarean.
We also hired her for postpartum care. She was so attentive and helpful during thus tender phase. She did things around the house without us ever having to ask, such a wonderful thing when you're sleep deprived and need the help but you can't even think to know what you need.
