2 months ago i gave birth to my 4 child and the experience was very different then my other 3 births. Having Kali on my team as my doula was fantastic and so beneficial. She is such a beautiful soul. Her voice is so calming. She treated me with so much respect. We laughed so much i felt like we were family. Giving that calming and comforting feeling helped me to be open with her throughout my pregnancy. She had to often remind me that she is professional so theres no need to be shy about anything. Kali provided me virtual services but i always felt like she was in my home with me. She told me ways to not only get my husband fully involved but also my older children. She was so powerful in her teachings that as im in labor at home, my at the time 4 year old daughter was my mini doula. She reminded me to breathe and praised me thru and after each contraction. She stayed by my side thru it all and was even ready to go to the hospital when i said its time. My husband says Kali showing him techniques to help when im in labor came in handy. He was happy to have learned the hip squeeze method to help with labor pains. And he is thankful she got him involved because he didnt feel so helpless thru the pregnancy. I called Kali at 5am her time and she was alert and with me every step of the way even calming my husband as he drove, thru the last stages of my labor, the birth of my son, even after. I know for a fact i wouldnt have had such a great experience with my pregnancy if it wasnt for Kali and her services. I share my experience with her to anyone willing to listen. Kali really woke me to so much i didnt realize i had went thru with my previous pregnancies that i was not okay with for my last one. She helped and taught me how to advocate for myself. I was so thankful for the knowledge Kali gave me to see i needed to change my dr and my team so i can have a great experience. I highly highly recommend Kali as a doula, even virtually.
