I cannot stress enough how great it is to have a doula especially if it is your first birth. They are so helpful and I have had the pleasure of having Sherrica as mine. She was amazing! I could not have delivered my baby boy without her being by my side. She was encouraging, super hands on and helpful and easy to get along with super chill and professional at the same time. I can easily say the hardest part of my labour was getting the epidural. I was in labour for 36 hours and I went without meds for 12 hours, bouncing around on the birthing ball and walking around the room. She made me believe I could go without meds, and I hang on as long as I could because I really wanted a natural birth.. I am so grateful she was there to coach me through the entire experience. Overall I'd say I enjoyed my experience even though it was so long and I would honestly use her again if I was to have another child .I cannot recommend her enough! She definitely added to my experience
