This was my second birth and I knew I wanted it to be a different experience. I had my heart set on doing it unmedicated and after doing my research, having a doula present is a huge factor in achieving this. I found Whitney, and after interviewing her immediately felt comfortable and like I was in good hands! Whitney, knows her stuff! She met with my husband and I 2 times before the birth to go over education on birth, our experience with birth, and provided us with some comfort measures! She was always available by phone or text with any questions or concerns I had! My birth was very fast and after I called her to meet us at the hospital she came right away! She was very supportive and validating and provided me with the exact comfort measures I needed! She also got the most beautiful photos and videos of my birth that are irreplaceable!
