Our pregnancy/birth experience would not have been as amazing as it was without Tanner. I am an anxious/overwhelmed person and I was very nervous about labor and delivery due to some health issues I had, and Tanner was so caring and loving and listened to my concerns and addressed them in such a positive way that made me feel so much better. As first time parents, my husband and I had SO many questions and Tanner was always there to answer them the best that she could and showed us research and everything to back up what she taught us. By 39 weeks, I was 3 cm dilated and 75% effaced and I think Most of that is because of the stretches and exercises Tanner had me do to prepare my body for giving birth. My labor and delivery was something I was terrified about that it would keep me up at night and it was the best experience ever and I would do it again and again. My OBGYN even asked Tanner for her cards so she could refer her to patients because she was so awesome and helpful and respectful of my husband, the doctors, and nurses. Couldn't have welcomed our son into this world without Tanner!!!
