Testimonial for Terri Schelkoph
Terri was such a blessing and a joy to work with during the birth of our daughter. My labor, delivery and hospital experience was very difficult (30+ hours of labor, emergency C-section, hospital construction, and some pushy staff members) and Terri was a great resource, advocate and calming presence through it all. She helped us make difficult decisions throughout L&D, held my hand, helped me to relax and push, comforted me during surgery and stayed by my side while my husband helped clean and weigh our daughter. She stood up for me more than once when nurses were pushing or not respecting my wishes. And she came over the week after birth to help unpack and work through the trauma of our birthing experience. All around, Terri was an essential part of our birth experience and we were so grateful for her presence amidst the chaos of birth.
