Even with all the books I read and information about birth I tried to prepare myself with for my first birth, I'm not sure anything *really* prepares you. Nevertheless, I felt very supported, never alone, and armed with everything I needed before, during and after my birth with Sarah Cole's amazing care. Looking back on my birth experience now, I honestly cannot imagine it without Sarah by my and my husband's side guiding us through each contraction and decision we had to make. She is very responsive to calls and texts, showed up to our home very quickly when we needed her without hardly any time to prepare, and whatever kind of craziness your labor brings with it Sarah is calm and collected. I loved knowing that while it was my first birth experience, it was not Sarahs. She knew the hospital, the midwives, my birth plan and what to do in a moment's notice. Thank you Sarah for holding my hand as I made the transition into motherhood!
