We had a really positive birthing experience and Saphren was a big part of that. She was reassuring throughout, provided suggestions to my partner to help me cope, and was able to ask for things for me while we were at the hospital that I would not have known about or asked for. She even went on a long 3-hour walk with us around the hospital to help me progress the labour further. The TENS machine that she had made contractions much more bearable and she also took some photos that we otherwise would not have taken. She has a very calming energy and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a doula!
