I was initially on the fence about hiring a doula. After hearing amazing things about Britt, however, my husband and I decided to work with her to bring our first into the world. It is a decision we do not regret!
Britt is such a genuine person; she's knowledagble, calming, and very down-to-earth. Leading up to my birth, Britt worked with me to learn about my preferences and goals. Unsure of what to expect from labor and wanting to prepare for anything, I really appreciated how Britt make me feel informed and at ease no matter how I chose to deliver- with medication or without.
In the end, my birth was better than I could have imagined, and Britt was a huge part of that. She was a guiding light who kept us calm and informed during our delivery at Morristown. Without her, I'm certain we would have felt confused and anxious and instead, we were filled only with excitement and joy.
I also worked with Britt to encapsulate my placenta. Britt delivered the capsules and tincture within 2 days, with clear guidance for use, and in a really lovely container with a special gift.
No matter how you are hoping to give birth, I HIGHLY recommend having Britt by your side! Thank you Britt <3
