She has a wealth of information and knowledge about the childbirth process and helps you utilize that information. She is caring and attentive. My baby was very high, and Kate instructed me to push her down with my hands. An hour later my baby was born! It was so nice having someone "on my team" during the pregnancy and birth!
She also did my placenta encapsulation, and I am happy to report that I had no postpartum depression. I was on the fence about having the placenta encapsulation done, but I'm glad I did.
